We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances. We ship all products from British Columbia to anywhere in Canada. Shipping fees are $12.99 for orders between $99 and $225. (within BC 9.99) For orders over $225, shipping is free. Orders are shipped by Xpresspost and a tracking number will be emailed after your order ships. Once we receive your payment, your order will ship within 1 business day. After it has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days to receive your package. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area.
Please note that the shipping time does not include the processing time for packaging up and creating orders. Once your order is placed, our shipping team works hard to get that order packaged and sent to you. Orders are generally shipped out within 12-48 hours of being placed. In rare cases of holidays or special sales, processing times can be between 3-5 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends and are not packaged on Canadian holidays and other instances in which the postal services are closed. Shipping times do not guarantee package arrival date as some rural areas may take longer to reach.

Delivery + Fulfillment
All orders received by 12pm PST will ship the next business day. If your order is received after 12pm PST, your order will ship the following business day. Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday. You will receive an email once your order has shipped wth tracking information. Your order will not leave the warehouse until we receive your e-transfer.

All of our packages are shipped through Canada Post. In the event that a package goes missing, we will do our best to rectify the situation with them, and we will launch an investigation. Any Credits for lost or missing packages will be managed on a case by case basis and KIF Reserves the right to refuse to provide a credit in the case that a package is lost or stolen.
