It should be noted that KIF does not offer refunds. We are unable to offer the return of any funds once they have been accepted by KIF. If we determine that we made a mistake or the product we sent you is defective, we will be happy to offer you a store credit or replacement product.

KIF reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case by case basis.

Pen Policy
Due to the consumable nature and limited life expectancy of vape pens, we offer a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty, if they do not work out of the box we will replace them free of charge. You must report this within 48 hours of receiving your item. You will be asked to return all defective units with their original packaging and all initially included components to process your claim. Used batteries will have a warranty of 30 days after the original purchase.
