Customer satisfaction and safety are our ultimate goal. We take customer comments and complaints extremely seriously and will always do everything in our power to make any negative experience right. It should be noted that KIF does not offer refunds. We are unable to offer the return of any funds once they have been accepted by KIF. If we determine that we made a mistake or the product we sent you is defective, we will be happy to offer you a store credit or replacement product. If you are not satisfied with any item(s), you may return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase for a FULL CREDIT REFUND. We’ll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error.
Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will process your refund by sending a shop credit. Credits that are given will expire after sixty (60) days. Credits will be given in the form of a coupon code. Each coupon code can only be used one (1) time, if the credit is not used in full, the remaining credit becomes void and KIF will be unable to reissue a new coupon code for the remaining balance. KIF reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case by case basis.
Due to the consumable nature and limited life expectancy of vape pens, we offer a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty, if they do not work out of the box we will replace them free of charge. You must report this within 48 hours of receiving your item. You will be asked to return all defective units with their original packaging and all initially included components to process your claim.
